We are currently improving our touchpoints in an effort to provide you with an easy, enjoyable and empowering online banking experience.  

While our existing online banking platform has proven to be efficient, the new Moneyline online banking platform promises to elevate the online banking experience with reminders, transfers to third party accounts other local and international financial institutions, the ability to fund your JMMB brokerage account and much more.

 

We will temporarily deactivate the current banking platform in order to bring the new system online.

Friday, September 11th 2020 between 7:00 pm and 8:15 pm and

Sunday, September 13th 2020 12:00 am to Monday, September 14th 2020 5:00 pm.
 

There will be no access to JMMB ATMs or any other bank ATM in Trinidad and Tobago using JMMB Cards. All Point of Sale transactions will also be temporarily interrupted during this time. During this period also, there will be no access to the current Online banking platform.

This downtime is critical in order to implement the new Core Banking Systems and introduce the new Moneyline online banking platform which will be available on Monday September 14th 2020 from 12:00 noon.

 

FAQs

 

Access to online banking will be down for the following times. 

Friday September 11th 2020 7:00 pm to Monday September 14th 2020 12:00 pm- noon.

Your card will be down during the following times.

  • Friday September 11th 2020 between 7:00pm and 8:15 pm and
  • Sunday September 13th 2020 2:00 am to Monday September 14th August 31st 2020 5:00 pm.
Visa Debit Point of Sale Purchases, Online Transactions, and other Bank’s ATMs will experience downtime.

Your daily ATM withdrawal limit remains at TT$3000.

You will receive an email on Monday September 14th 2020 from 12:00 pm noon. 

 

In order to facilitate this system upgrade all JMMB Bank branches will be closed on Monday September 14th 2020.

Our Branches will be re-opened for business on Tuesday, September 15th 2020 from 9:00 am.

We recommend that you access funds needed for this period, before the scheduled downtime, or anytime during the day on Saturday September 12th 2020 at other Banks ATMs

 

All Linx Transactions and JMMB Bank ATMs will be down from Friday September 11th 2020 7:00 pm to Monday September 14th 2020 5:00pm.
